Church government at Clearview is very simple. Not a complex bureaucracy, committees and sub-committees are essentially non-existent. Clearview believes the Pastor is responsible for the church, responsible to hear from God, and responsible to feed and love His people faithfully.
Associate Pastors and Church Council are appointed to help the Pastor care for the spiritual needs of the congregation. The Church Council (Elders) consists of the Senior Pastor, Assistant Pastors, and elected Council Members.
The Finance Team helps the Pastor care for the material needs of the church.The Finance Team is consists of the Pastor, Pastoral Assistant, and appointed team members.
At Clearview Church, church organization is de-emphasized, and we institute only the organization that is needed to run the church.
